      Pros

      The mission is the driving factor behind the work. Bringing a top notch educational experience to children who need it the most.

      Cons

      Downside to working at Cristo Rey is that the catholicity takes precedent over what is best in some cases. Some things are done strictly out of familiarity with the people involved due to familial connections. If you are not catholic or white, you will feel out of place.
