      The nicest this I can say is the building is nice.

      I've been with Crete for a few years. The amount of work expected is unreal. The district has major discipline problems, and no one has solutions. I came from another school and took a major pay cut, I was promised this was a much better working environment, but it is not! Kids have no respect, the administration is nonexistent, and the teachers stay in their rooms.

      Staff members are the best! Very hard working and dedicated.

      Cons

      Progressively became more and more top heavy with administrators in district office and in each individual building, but little evidence of any administrator seen in the actual buildings. Administrators sit in their offices and do not interact with staff or students. They have no clue what is going on in classrooms, but like to hand down directives and give no direction on how to implement those directives.
