      Pros

      The pay. Health insurance. Pension scheme.

      Cons

      Most toxic environment i have ever been in. And it's not only from people working there, but goes all the way up to management. Management of people. Or the lack of it i should say. Too many people taking annual leave at the same time, poor organization and forecast of operations. Very poor support on any business related questions.
