Management is a joke. Beware of the CFO … good at sucking you in then stabbing you in the back without blinking an eye ! Huge turn over last two years because of poor management. Unless you’re a man … don’t expect to be treated with respect or paid anything. Upper management in office don’t speak to you unless spoken to first. Rude. Disrespectful.

The office dynamic had changed since I started as a contract HR to help with audits. Was hired on, had to hear a former colleague that I worked with before was horrible but really wasn't. She made things happen and it wasn't liked. If you are told you report to the CFO, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! They are about the drama and the CFO isn't afraid to say it. She looks for way to get people fired.
