      Your coworkers are your life line in a place where mgmt is totally detached.

      Pros

      There's a family unity that is created when everyone is either prospering or in the sinking ship together. Strangely, the "us against them" made people bond, and not divide.

      Cons

      Management is oblivious as to what happens in the field and the real world. No one seems to care that most ee's are living check to check. Management has so much money they waste jet fuel on purpose. I wish I was making that up, but I'm not.

      100% employer paid health insurance.

      Cons

      Very unethical organization. No organization or structure in most departments. If you have half a brain you will be doing yourself a disservice by working here.

      Good lower management and base employees.

      Cons

      Upper management is completely disconnected from average employee workload and rarely acknowledges efforts made by employees. Pay is below average and employees are rarely given raises in wage or salary.
