      - Good junior people. - Good location & offices.

      Cons

      - Aloof management, detached from real-world. Most are ex-Reuters - and look what happened there?

      Pros

      Good team on the product and tech side, fairly fast moving with appetite for change within the teams. Team / mid managers are good and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Let down by upper management not allowing teams to execute their ideas/ changes. Lots of keeping things just running rather than improvement. Top heavy with higher level management and decisions, too much design by committee. Not much room for progression on tech side. Bit of an is us and them mentality from sales.
