Pros

Nobody works here, most of the time you will play cricket and gossip.

Cons

Since you were busy playing cricket so suddenly you will be asked to leave as nothing productive happened. Confused founders, only stories, no real business. Founders don't come to office for weeks, nobody knows there whereabouts, no clarity on business plan.

Best place to work if you are a YES MAN.

Cons

Your inputs are not valued as a Backend Engineer if it means a little extra work for the Frontend. You cannot take leave if you have a serious family emergency when there is work to be done.

They do freelance work instead of working on their own products. Poor office place.
