      Management doesn't allow you to do your job and has no loyalty to employees. Not a place you can make a career out of.

      Pros

      Fundamental product is good. Contributing to military creates a sense of importance.

      Cons

      Management needs to empower people to do their jobs and stay out of the way. Not much room for individual growth. Low pay and mistreatment means consistent turnover and low morale. Everything is custom, but they act shocked when that leads to problems in production. This business is all about profit margin and there is a large divide between office staff and manufacturing in every way.

      Some interesting clients and projects.

      Cons

      Ownership is a joke. The emotional stability of ownership was a constant source of discussion around the office. Volatile mood swings, berating employees for issues outside of their job description were the norm. Couldn't get projects completed on time and clients were continuously complaining.

      Thank you for your feedback. During the last year, amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, our company experienced a high volume of requests that we had to drastically adapt to. We understand this may make things tense or difficult during transitioning. We are still working on our process of transition, but feel that we have made large strides since last summer. We are reorganizing the way we handle our processes so that both our clients and employees are happy with the product and team. Thanks again for leaving your feedback!
