      Stressless environment. Friendly team mates

      Cons

      Very less salary. They say they follow an open-door policy where we can talk to them directly. Yet no point. They don't care. Nothing happens on time. Management is worse. No recognition for technical stuff but only for recreational stuff. Employees have to go and beg for increments.

      - Good starting point for interns or junior developers to get hands-on experience - Work-life balance can be okay, but it entirely depends on your team and manager - A few passionate and skilled people still left — though most leave when they get the chance

      Cons

      - Once-thriving culture has decayed into a toxic environment driven by fear and politics - Technical feedback is unwelcome — raising concerns can lead to retaliation -Annual reviews lack transparency and are filled with vague, unconstructive commentary - Skilled employees are often unrecognized while favoritism drives promotions and job security - Developers’ contributions are ignored, while minor past mistakes are held against them - Incompetent managers with personal biases actively hinder growth of talented individuals - A noticeable pattern of gender-based favoritism and unprofessional managerial behavior - Limited career growth due to lack of higher roles and politicized environment - Talented employees leave as soon as they get better opportunities elsewhere
