A highly unprofessional office environment with open hostility and cliques. Very few people are actually working, and when senior management isn't in the office people don't come to work. The founder thinks she still owns the company (she sold it) and bullies people who don't do what she wants- even if it is counterproductive to business and direction from management. People treat the budget like their personal bank account and waste money in excess. Everyone is so busy with departmental in-fighting and petty power plays that they have lost sight of the real enemy- their competitors.
