Pros

Just one positive aspect is that they sponsor H1-B visas. However, apart from a few other genuinely caring individuals, the work culture here is toxic

Cons

1) Toxic work culture has been pervasive within the company, particularly in State and Local business unit. 2) The lack of constructive criticism, coupled with the presence of bad people, has had a significant impact on the mental health of many people. 3) Morale of the team was always down because there was no appreciate of the work that the team did. Because of this negative atmosphere many people left the project and in turn the company's multi-million dollar contract was also terminated by the client (PS: No one at the top faced the brunt of it, only the people at the bottom were laid off) 4) They exploit people, especially those who are on work or student visas. Joined as an intern while on student visa, and they paid $15/hr (which is the minimum wage of the state) for one year until my work visa was approved. It's hard to imagine that someone working at McDonald's could be earning the same as someone working in IT. They will never increase your pay, no matter how many times you ask. 5) The State and Local business unit makes a lot of promises to their employees but never really stood by those promises. 6) Company never invest in their employees or take care about the workforce issue in every project. All the teams of the company, including HR and IT, are severely understaffed. People who join the company immediately leave the company due to the work culture. Overall, the worst company to work for. There is no personal growth, no financial growth, and no mental peace.

Approach with Caution

Pros

Good benefits, good pay, nice people in HR

Cons

Think twice and be very careful when considering an offer from C.I.T.I. Consider other companies first. Misleading job description as what you are hired to do may not be what be your actual responsibilities. Extremely poor project management. Little concern for customer satisfaction. No clear reporting structure. Disorganized and confusing management as their job titles mean nothing. Example: my hiring "manager" was just another peer developer.

Terrible Managers

Pros

The Procurement Manager is just about one of the only pleasant people to interact with in the office. Very flexible schedules in terms of some employees come in at 10, others come in at 730. Small work environment so you can very quickly get acquainted with your coworkers.

Cons

Wish I could give negative stars. The managers that I interacted with are some of the worst and most unprofessional managers I have not only ever worked for, but ever even heard of far and wide in my entire life. They were extremely demeaning and belittling, and essentially gave priority in fair treatment to employees that had been with the company for years, or was someone that was a relative of the CEOs. There is NO and I mean NO advancement for women. Men are overwhelming in leadership roles and there is essentially no opportunity for growth. Ethics are almost non existent. Employees are hired in for a contract only to find out that they are supposed to go out and hunt for work, as there may be little to no work for what you were hired for within the specific contract at all. I have truly never had such a miserable experience in a work place, and I have never felt that abused my managers in all my career. Do yourself a favor, DO. NOT. WORK. HERE.
