1. Not diverse at all 2. No actionable diversity, equity, and inclusion measures taken (in internal hiring, client-based hiring, or organizational/educational culture) 3. Some micromanaging 4. Not enough work to do at times

Amazing, supportive colleagues, transparent and supportive leadership, flexibility to work from home/remotely, strong values, really exciting and cutting edge work... CA is a company that truly cares. It's evident they care about our well being in wanting to provide great benefits and also interesting, compelling work. We work with awesome clients who are doing great things in the natural food/bev/CPG and tech spaces. I love working here!

Cons

Sometimes the work fluctuates and isn't always steady, but there are always side projects to work on when things are slow. Other than that, I can't think of any other cons.

They lay all the cards on the table; nothing is hidden. Very much a fun, creative, friendly atmosphere where everyone is treated like adults. Great systems to support success in place. Top rate recruiting team! Excellent management team!
