1 Good development process need to implement. 2 Need to add some more smart people who can give more better direction.

They never give salary. They rob their employees. Working hours are horrible. Management is horrible.They dont know how to behave to employees. Working satudays. Upto 14 hours somedays.

Firstly, the 5 star ratings that these guys are getting are by these guys themselves. Nobody in the company thought that it deserved even one star. There are plenty. To start with, 1. No work life balance. 2. No proper rules or regulations have been set up. 3. Work pressure is too high, they expect you to work on multiple projects. A lot of their team members left the company and so they give their work to you, it gets really hectic. 4. Holidays are way to less. They start cutting from your salary almost instantly. 5. No overtimes given, although you'll end up staying late a lot. No one will acknowledge that and you'll have to come to office again at time the next day. 6. Salary is pretty low and a lot of times gets delayed.

1. You will not get the salary. If you ask you will get a reply its your fault, client didn't pay. 2. You will never get the respect. You are labor to them or a prisoner you can say. 3. You have to work atleast 12 hours daily. 4. Management don't know how to deal with anyone clients, employees, guest, etc. 5. Forget your salary.
