Definitely not a professional place to work.

Pros

Its a job, with benefits (although pricey)

Cons

Very cliquey group. Backstabbers and gossip hounds. Management appears to be more concerned with the "hunting, fishing and etc." than with returning customer calls or dealing with problems Owners and upper management have their favorites and its no secret who they are. Don't expect their to be a fair work load, as the :favorites" pretty much sit around and do nothing until its crunch time. No opportunity for advancement unless you are a friend of the owner or upper management.

Pros

There are no Pros to working for a company that is operated by an Executive Team with one agenda: Stop the Bloodletting of lost profits, lost customers, pathetic quality, employee injuries...all caused by their own epically poor decisions...an unethical and inept leadership team who couldn't make a neighborhood lemonade stand profitable.

Cons

Where to begin?? No training. No care or regard for employees - treat people like trash, dispose of them like gum wrappers. Safety? People losing fingers because the CEO is too cheap to put any money into creating a safe work environment. Benefits - if you bobble your head enough and go along with immoral and unethical business practices, you might have a low paying job with long hours and laughable benefits...for a few months. Turnover? Everyday.

Pros

401k plan that they have. Other than that, there is none.

Cons

What the peson wrote on Jan 8, 2014 is dead on. I've seen what they do to people they don't want working there. A person who used to be a top operator got hurt on the job, and now they've reduced him to doing mindless repitious work just to get him to quit. I just hope I don't get hurt. Never ask why to the bosses; they don't like that. Always say yes, and the'll like you.
