The initial family vibe you'd get from them, creative environment

Nepotism, top's management lack of self awareness and intolerance towards constructive criticism, inability to adapt to changes and relying on past glory, "we've always done it this way" attitude.

Pros

Employees and team mates are good. Pay is average. Nothing else to say. Adding words to get the minimum needed by Glassdor.

Cons

Very bad management, starting from the top. Too much politics, dinossauer VPs fighting for feuds and having nothing really done They have not fulfiled all the agreement we have on my contract. Overall, apart from the great people I worked with, I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. I can't stand to people who promises and sign agreements but don't fulfill them

No direction; someone else said 'rudderless' .. and on a ship taking on water. Management (cos it ain't leadership) have no idea how to inspire and motivate; they are micro managers; not a place if you seek training or guidance.
