They let you take as many days off and were flexible if you went to school as well.
Cons
You dont find out your weeks schedule until a few days in advanced. You used to be able to get discounted food items for your immediate family as well but the managers stopped being so lenient

Pros
Management is pretty chill, the owner is very friendly, and was very close with the staff who worked there. Often hung outside of work together.
Cons
Pay was very low. Tips weren't allowed at the store for the workers. Weren't proper "positions" at the front, even if you had more experience and trained employees, pay was about the same for everyone.
