      - Everyday at Creador is both a contributing and learning opportunity combined which is deeply satisfying. - Team members are excellent with their drive, initiative and dynamism along with high IQ.

      - A very result & task-oriented organisation which is great for business but could show more genuine empathy versus policies in place to cater for it.

      Good learning curve and ideal place to build your skill set early in your career. Gives you great experience/knowledge/recognition in the space.

      Cons

      Compensation is not as high vs. competitors Working hours can be insane Culture depends entirely on who your MD is. Suggest to find out first who the MD of the place is prior to joining. Need extremely strong mental capacity to handle the work culture.
