      Pros

      Everyone working at CrafTech is a joy to work with. Both management and employees provide a great work environment that is always willing to not just help but also teach. It's a laid back environment that is very welcoming. All of these positive things allow to come into work with a good attitude.

      Cons

      For me personally it is a long commute to work. Media roads can be very busy and the highways close by are also busy. This makes the commute grueling on the traffic heavy days. Lastly, there are very few work from home opportunities. While management is understanding in certain situations the norm is not to work from home which can be a big deal for some.
