1yI was surprised to read your review. While I understand that the situation may have taken a toll on you, it’s unfair to place blame on the company as a whole for something that didn’t work out personally for you.
We run a business focused on delivering quality IT services to our clients — this is not a kindergarten or a therapy office. It’s not realistic to expect an entire team to adjust around one individual, especially if collaboration wasn’t working both ways.
I may not know every detail behind why the majority of the team found it difficult to work with you, but I do know that blaming management or the company itself for not being able to fix everything is misplaced. At some point, we had to stop tiptoeing around the situation and get back to focusing on what we do best — IT.
We wish you all the best and are genuinely sorry it didn’t work out.
