Pros

It's a big company, part of the Cox Media umbrella. Decent benefits, lots of vacation time, and good co-workers. Well known company in the industry which may help propel you in a job search.

Cons

Too many to list...base salary is not competitive, and it's impossible to know how much commission you'll be paid each month as the "structure" takes a mathematician to understand (and even then it doesn't fully make sense). Very corporate culture. Suits and ties all day every day, good ol boys club. Company claims to be technologically advanced but we essentially run on DOS. The industry as a whole is going downwards and this company does not have a good idea of how to move forward with the changes. Quotas and goals are set long after you start working on projects, so if you are 3/4 done, then they will tell you a quota which by that point is out of reach.

Pros

The parent company cox enterprises provides excellent benefits and employee discounts.

Cons

This was probably the most traumatic and depressing work experience I have and will ever experience in my entire life. The only thing positive to come from my time there aside from relationships with other staff is that I now know the dictionary definition of a place I do not want to work. The competent sales person (yes there was only one) in my office was never recognized only berated by a bunch of men in NY who only called on speaker phone and barked things through the line on a daily basis. I have a college education and I find it extremely insulting that I was valued and paid less than a Burger King line associate. You're not provided with adequate software in line with the industry. The fax machine literally was one of the first out of panasonic's line with the carbon copy roll. Everything out of upper managements mouth to colleagues and clients is usually fabricated. It felt like you were on the cusp of a fraternity house and constantly found yourself questioning why you, who were obviously more educated and qualified, were under some of these people. When I was laid off from this place they actually shipped the boxes for us to pack up our things the day before they fired us and tried to lie and say it was for another purpose.
