Pros
I really struggle to find positive things to write about for coventry group. I worked in the NZ division so perhaps the australian side of the company was better.
Cons
Lack of career developement. Lack of bonus/achievement goals for personal/branch sales. Very poor upper management who had bullying tactics and were not positive people to work with. Payrate capped at entry level salary for entry level jobs with poor access to develop further into the company. Company seemed to hire more from outside the business in higher roles rather then train and promote within
