      Below average pay Incompetent managers and supervisor "Buddy system of advancement" No true leaders Culture is weak, as everyone is against each other. False personable feeling given during hiring process but not kept in field. Once an employee you're now a liability to this company not an asset. There also seems to be an extreme amount of waste from top down. Was in about 10 different trucks my whole time there and everyone was tooled out for purposes not needed. It seemed there was a lot of "made up" jobs. Always promised a truck. Never once received a raise.

      The people I work with often comment how this is by far the best place they've ever worked in the industry. There is a genuine care and concern for people in addition to a focused on being a leading Well Flow Management Company. The employee assistance initiatives go beyond what is normal, and #CovenantFamily is more than a hashtag. They are also deeply devoted to generosity in the communities they have offices in.

      Covenant is a rapidly growing company, and our infrastructure is catching up to our headcount and job count. We are needing more people to keep up with the growth of our company, but we are hiring great people every day.

      Very low health insurance cost!

      Cons

      VP, and all management see employees as dispensable. Would rather keep cheap low skilled labor force than have experienced workers. This tactic has been employed to keep revenue low and profits high. This company has built its fortune on the backs of its employees and their families. There is no path to promotion or management, raises are denied on a consistent basis and nepotism is rampant. No training program, or green hat program to speak of!!
