      Female Drivers, Bring Your Own Team Partner!

      Pros

      Nice, new equipment. Great ‘Monday to Friday’ fleet teams. Very competent HR and payroll.

      Cons

      You are required to drive team - there are no solo opportunities. So, if the ‘team thing’ doesn’t work out, you don’t have a job. Also, the weekend dispatch crew is ‘skeletal,’ so mistakes - lack of information required for the driver to pick up or deliver - are manifold.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, good folks to work with, consistent loads with good miles, flexible load planning.

      Cons

      Not enough home time! This is a great company if you don't have alot of home-life connections, but if you are family oriented, wouldn't recommend as a long-term career.

      Pros

      Had lots of loads. Reasonable pay. Good bonuses.

      Cons

      They advertise 52 com on website after 1st year. Then say it is for non perdium - about 1 percent of new students. They tell you mileage is from zip code to zip code but when you point out the zip code has changed they dont give you the added mileage pay. Tactics not belonging to a Christian based company.
