      Good way for recent graduates to get their foot in the door, overall poor management

      Opportunity for professional growth and mobility for new graduates, personally and professionally rewarding work with homeless adolescents.

      Cons

      Little concern for staff care, high staff burnout and turn around. An average staff stay is around 1 year. Longest amount of time is 3-4 years. Staff have minimal experience, so more trial and error as an agency.
