      -Incredible and supportive leadership team! The administrative leaders maintain a servitude management style and do an excellent job of addressing any/all staff concerns -Continuous opportunities for internal professional growth -Education reimbursement opportunities

      Space and parking. The company is growing quickly, but does not yet have the office space or parking space needed to serve the staff and patients.

      Great Heart, Frustrating Execution

      Pros

      A fantastic company with a lot of heart. They genuinely care for their patients and staff.

      Cons

      They often bite off more than they can chew, and execution of plans suffers. Staff also end up taking on extra roles or duties, and this can cause a stressful environment.
