For starters, the vice president has an ego the size of Putin's Russia. A little less Lomax, a little more employees. The pay is lousy by industry standards, inside the office and on the road. Independent contractors are getting less than 50% of the "book rate" regardless of what is being advertised. Look past the gloss before you hire on. Shirts and ties are mandatory, as if it's some big corporate law firm. Employees are degraded by management for requesting time off for doctor appointments, let alone paid vacations. A very unpleasant place to work.

The reality of working for this company is very different than the image they like to project. First, the lack of transparency in the what you are expecting to make per delivery, you don't find out until after you get your settlement what you made per delivery, which leads you to loose money on a lot of deliveries. The constant disregard by the VP Mr Lomax when issues are brought up. This save attitude is reflected by almost every dispatcher there.
