Plant team members(laborers) are kind and humble.

Cons

Management is toxic and condescending. Management leaders/supervisors lack the college education to effectively foster open communication to lead team members to work together towards a common vision and to strive for excellence.

People I worked with are awesome to work with Fun atmosphere Branch manager is very good , very nice and does a great job even though his hands are tied by upper management

Cons

Company acts like they care about the employees but really doesn't Owner bought his own golf course in FL instead of giving small raises to hard workers Low pay for what we do Owner and upper management are complete morons Some upper mngmt are very under qualified but are given special treatment for whatever reason
