      Some very talented individuals who are working incredibly hard (and very long hours) to get the business where it needs to be

      Great people, fast paced, exciting time to be part of this great company!

      Pros

      Really good group of people - all very skilled in their fields which means every day there is more to learn from my colleagues - and they are genuinely nice people too :-) Family friendly - supportive in flexibility of working hours Clear vision - straight talking and clear goals and direction Open culture - information is openly shared and everyone invited to contribute their thoughts Decisions made quickly - no bureaucracy, politics or hierarchy that you get at large or traditional companies Great product - can be proud that our product is genuinely making small business owners lives easier - really simplifies and automates the accounting process. Opportunity to have shares in the company

      Cons

      Not quite as many employee perks as a large FTSE 100 can offer but they are introducing new employee benefits all the time as the company grows.

      - Loads of trust, autonomy and the freedom to try anything - Genuinely lovely group of people who are supportive and happy at work - We're creating something exciting and everyone is on board - Dogs :)

      Cons

      - It's a startup so everything changes quickly and you need to get up to speed fast so it won't be the place for everyone
