Pros

Ideal location downtown for bus and train transportation. The only call center in Latin America with full retro game room, jukebox arcade, 50s cafe, art deco building with neon marquees. In addition, a 1984 300D Mercedes Limousine for guests and clients. The owner personally knows the agent's name and gives soft skills advanced rhetoric training classes. a 12 year company with stability that follows all Costa Rican labor laws.

Cons

limited WFH opportunities before Covid. No graveyard shifts.
