      Pros

      When i joined CorrHealth I wanted a leadership that genuinely listens, i wanted to work for a company that values me and what i do and I wanted a company that protects me and my license. I wanted a company that does what they say they'll do and i found my company with CorrHealth. I love this company!

      Cons

      Young company which makes it difficult for them to provide excellent benefits, but they make up for it with a 75% contribution to family health benefits.

      They don’t micro manage, you never see corporate.

      Cons

      Every experience with HR is negative. Benefits are a joke. Shady business practices. Everything feels fake, they suck up to correctional facilities and treat their staff like noting.

      Pros

      The benefits and pay were great. The owner visits often which is more than I can say for any job I have ever had, and he is approachable and easy to talk to and will listen.

      Cons

      Is that they contact by the facilities and if the contract isn't renewed you could find yourself employed by a new company if you can't stay with CorrHealth due to their available openings at other locations or travel team.

      Pros

      CorrHealth is different. Most employees truly care about the mission and the people they serve. This company's leadership also cares about its employees, and listens to what they have to say. Pretty good benefits, too. Not stellar, but above average, for sure. I have never worked with a better, smarter group of individuals! I love the heart of this organization!

      Cons

      The only con I have is that my position is 100% remote, as are all employees not directly involved in patient care. I kind of wish I had the opportunity to work in person with my coworkers, like in a hybrid situation.

      You see it time and time again in reviews that this is the best company ever. You think to yourself, are these honest? Here is the honest review you may be looking for. I love this company, I love the team, I love the culture, I love the openness and honesty. You have a team that’s kicks butt in their fields of expertise. The benefits are amazing. You are appreciated and cared about by leadership. Your opinion matters and your feelings matter. You do not get that in many places. I can truly say I’ve found my home with my career.

      My only con is sometimes working from home and not seeing these amazing people gets a little hard.
