      Amazing Business and culture!

      Pros

      The Directors have working incredibly hard to build a strong business with an incredible culture. Its a very open and transparent business with people pulling in the same direction. The board provide regular updates across the whole of the business so everyone feels engaged. Personally Whilst its still early days for me its very obvious how customer obsessed the whole team is. With a mix of great offerings, intelligent pricing and genuine outcome based projects i can see why customer retention is so high.

      Pros

      The atmosphere in the company is impeccable. Everyone respects and trusts each other, and value each other's opinions. There's no tricks or 'throwing under the bus'. It's just extremely pleasant. We are all fully-remote but there are offices in various locations if people want it - something I love. Zero expectation to work past our hours, in fact they actively make sure we all have a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Communication between teams used to be weak but a lot of work has gone into building processes and better opportunities for working between us. It's working so far!

      Pros

      One of the biggest advantages is the fully remote and flexible working arrangements, along with an absolutely fantastic team. People really do make a great atmosphere

      Cons

      As the company is small/medium there aren't too many options for career progression (if we understand this up climbing up the company ladder)
