Break policy: Every manager is allowed to make exceptions on the break policy at their discretion and within reason. The flexible scheduling you mentioned as a pro allows for you to build a schedule that works around your need for restroom breaks or downtime. You can schedule breaks as needed.
Pay: Upon hiring, every employee has the ability to see our transparent, straight-forward compensation policy as well as their own stats, so that they know every step they need to take to make up to $13/hour. We want you to succeed and hit your maximum pay per hour because that also means that you are a productive scribe.
Call quality: There is some variance in the dictation and audio quality with each call, but we routinely perform audits to determine which customers need follow-up about the quality of their calls. We welcome that kind of feedback from scribes, so that we can investigate further.
