      Fantastic starting salaries and even better commission structure Company will really invest their time into you and be taught by some of the market experts Great social Meetings with clients off site We are at a growth period where we are looking to grow the team Benefits - Private healthcare, visit some of the best places in London for incentives etc

      In sales you create your own security in the role - being a performance based role your success in sales in dependant on your effort and dedication to the role. You need to see this is as a career rather then a job as the role can be challenging but is also the reason why it is so rewarding! Resilience and financial motivation is crucial for the role

      - Been with the company for 12 months, just been promoted and now earning more than my parents - Around Great people and the overall company culture is excellent - My first sales job, learnt so much and set me up for the future. - Training is fun and everyone is willing to help - Joined straight out of Uni and haven't looked back since

      - Sales in general is tough but with the right mindset it can be a life changer - First impressions are everything, if you are lazy or generally don't care don't bother - Not for the faint hearted
