Pros
Awesome coworkers, good culture and work-life balance. Machines are in good condition, tool budget is sensible, computers don't make life miserable. Everyone has a strong work ethic and is responsible. The parts you will get to make are truly incredible.
Cons
Since Conturo is mostly a prototype shop and the parts you're making so important there can be a lot of pressure and frustration to get things perfect, but that just comes with the job.

Flexible schedule, lots of autonomy, great coworkers, get to make some very cool parts
Cons
Shop can get pretty cold in winter and very hot in summer
