      Diverse and interesting products and applications.

      Still trying to find a good organization between the headquarters in France and the facility in the US.

      Pros

      Small Company: At any company there is some political maneuvering that goes on between departments. However, I don't see much of that at Continuum. In part due to the tenure of some people, but largely due to management style there is a sense of family/community in Manufacturing. Can't speak for other departments.

      Cons

      Small Company: resource limitations. Great people with great ideas, but sometimes insufficient resources allocated or attention applied to implement significant improvements.
