Scary Times

ONLY where it is located

Cons

Very Poor management, no direction, layoff after layoff. Management that is there is either lying to you or non existent. Healthcare cost sky rocketed, everything is being out sourced, its just one negative thing happening after another. Clients are leaving left and right and for good reason. Not enough offices for all the executives but yet there are so many vacant desks due to layoffs for those that are doing all the work. It is very sad and a very dark place to work.

Going Downhill

Pros

The good parts of working here started to deteriorate a few years ago after Dr. T. retired.

Cons

They are just 'hanging on', hoping to sign new clients to support. They are losing long-time clients and relationships faster than they can get new ones. Dozens of people have been let go in the last two years or outsourced in chunks.

Pros

Nice bldg and the area with shops. Not much more but hopefully management will stop cheating on their wives and put their effort in running the company.

Cons

Unfortunately I have learned and confirmed that you can sleep with management and get promoted. It’s a crying shame because I was mislead in that hard work would prevail. Most of the management talk a good game but don’t hesitate to flirt and make it known how to advance the old fashioned way. Care coordination is the popular department with management.
