      Pros

      It's a great team with an excellent outlook. We've hired and brought on some extremely smart and driven people, and the product is superb. I'm so excited for the future of the company!

      Cons

      Continu values performance, so if you don't want to be accountable to the mission of the business, it might not be the best fit for you. I personally love this about Continu though!

      - Leadership is just involved in work as employees - Constantly evolving the product and messaging - Very friendly team vibes and community - Everyone working towards achieving the same goal - People-focused company

      Pros

      Leadership cares about their teams and internal growth. There's lots of autonomy and an incredible work/life balance. If you're willing to take on new challenges, Continu will give them to you. A pro for me, but not for everyone: You get to take complete ownership of what you do. Wins feel bigger, losses hurt more. But I think it's how you learn the best.

      Cons

      If you are not creative in your problem solving, you will struggle. This is true of most startups and Continu is no different.
