      Pros

      used to have some of the best talent in the industry. good reputation.

      Cons

      Terrible managerial staff. very high turnover rate and senior leadership are in denial. engineering quality is getting worse and worse every day. Lack of seasoned consultants forcing them to promote inexperienced engineers on projects which leads to the senior ones having to do all the delivery work alone. totally Sales led in management. now sales and senior leadership only waiting for their bonuses. Engineers are treated like 2nd class citizens in the company

      Pros

      Great support from the non-technical side of the business, it's a huge boon. Very good package in terms of pay, bonus, learning allowance, pension, etc.. Also good career prospects and progression. One can really make a career at Contino.

      Cons

      Quite hierarchical, there is a "Principals club" here and there is a big lack of mutual respect for people "lower" than them. People put on a constant corporate persona, even on internal gatherings (some exceptions of course). All teams if I have joined have been cold/non-inclusive to new people joining, quite unwelcoming. Also scared to ask questions, very judgemental if people don't know something. Fit into a consultant "mould", and if you act differently/uniquely/be yourself, you will be criticised for doing so.

      Extremely deep technical knowledge within the tech team Excellent reputation in the Cloud migration space

      Cons

      Leadership non-existent and have no desire to actually lead Toxic culture towards delivery teams - excellent culture in sales, marketing etc. but treat delivery teams like dirt (locations, communications, sales process all just dumped on laps of delivery team)

      I am obviously deeply concerned that anyone in Contino considers themselves to be treated like dirt here and finds the culture toxic and as such, I am very keen to speak to you about this in person if you would be willing to?
