Pros
Reasonable pay and the average 2 week vacation and 5 sick days.
Cons
Under-staffed and over-worked! Its a family owned business which consisted of the father and his 2 sons. There is no structure or procedures to follow. You are constantly interrupted from your daily tasks through out the day. You get 2 weeks vacation but the company closes for 1 week between Christmas and New Years and you must use 1 week of your vacation for the closure.
