Pros

Solid capabilities for helping oil & gas companies manage their carbon footprint and benefit from their clean practices

Cons

Key executive(s) don't seem to fully understand which capabilities have been fully built out and which haven't, and of those, how long it would take to do so. Fearful development organization.

Pros

Several talented and caring colleagues who wanted to do a great job

Cons

No clear direction or functional product. Constant chaos and shifting directions. Leadership has no understanding of the customer or product market fit.

Pros

Some colleagues are talented and genuinely try to make the best of an impossible environment.

Cons

The company is run in a completely chaotic way with inconsistent direction and no real management structure. The organization is rife with nepotism — multiple family members of the CEO in senior roles with unclear responsibilities and lack of tangible contribution. There is no transparency or ability to contribute meaningfully to planning or decision-making. The culture is especially unsupportive for women, with little respect or opportunity for professional growth. Compensation practices are disheartening — the general policy is to deny annual raises altogether, regardless of company performance or individual contribution.
