None... I joined Contata after working for top MNC's as wanted to learn more and moreand thought a small company will give me the exposure but understood that no one is there to work but only to play politics. What everyone want is to get himself above others. Work is only done either by freshers or some 2-3 year exp guys.. others just play politics..
Cons
> Worst management. Will change your projects each month. > Top Management people will sit with you in all technical discussion as they dont trust anyone. They will ask questions on frameworks and all tehcnical discussions even when they dont understand any of it and waste your time. > Only 1 main Client. All stupid work. > Only 2 kind of people are there. 1st are with exp. < 3 and do all work and 2nd are those in contata for more than 6-7 years and call themselves manage and just do talking, no work at all. Most Leads here dont knw ABC about technology and will fail almost all technical interviews in most of IT Companies. > I joined senior / lead and was told to implement and correct process. They did big big talks but all suggestions given were not implemented saying we are ok with wrong ones we are doing and dont want to change. It is working till now . > You need to say yes to senior management as they will not listen to you even once. > I was there in this company for a short period of time ( left it as it was Hell). In my short term, i saw 6-7 new exp people who ran away within a week of there joining due to these issues. PS : Joining Contata was the biggest mistake of my LIFE
