      Pros

      These guys have absolutely nothing to offer you. Working with them is career suicide so I suggest you stay as far away as possible.

      Cons

      Serious scam artists. They want you to pay $500 for training, which although refundable, is seriously causative of questioning. They say they will tailor your resume to get you a job (lie about your experience level saying you worked x amount of years for different companies. All of these different companies, however, are under their control so they answer phone when your potential employer checks the validity of your resume). Again, CAREER SUICIDE.

      They are a bogus company send consultants on fake resume. The CEO of the company is real fraud. He uses his consultant`s and employe`s. Worst company ever.

      Before joining, they present themselves as a consulting firm working for its clients. However, after joining, you'll realize that you either need to provide job support for students in the USA or help them complete their tasks. This is one type of job here. Another aspect is that they market some of their NRI employees in the USA and secure multiple contract jobs under one person’s name. They then ask us, from India, to do these jobs. These profiles often require 10+ years of experience, and we need to connect to their laptops through remote access and complete the work. This approach completely violates the security rules of certain clients. They also ask us to help students in the USA clear their interviews by engaging in lip-syncing and other deceptive practices. Overall, this company operates as a faking agency, engaging in illegal and unethical work.
