      It’s an easy job so it’s easy money.

      Management is immature. Not a lot of growth opportunities either so if you’re looking for a dead end job..this is it.

      Nice coworkers and Quality products

      Cons

      The company had a long history, great tradition, and fantastic relationships. The new owners seemed to have little respect for most of that, and came off as 'we bought your business, you will now do things our way.' Employees felt disrespected, the work they had done devalued, the relationships built wasted.
