Pros

Office space is good and comfortable Mr. Connor's and agencies name Reputed buying agency Holidays Good place to learn as you have to take most of the calls by yourself, rest associates are all occupied in fulfilling SOPs and directionless working, so one can drive the clients they have but again need good skills with people

Cons

Visionless regional office which is just working, Managers doing Merchandising job instead of development, some poor regional leaderships in some departments, Corporate intervention in almost everything, micromanagement over everything, SOPs lacks their purpose, lame IT department, meaningless HR department and many more, space is too short to state some more flaws..

Pros

Well respected in the industry, especially in the compliance field. Detailed procedures written but unfotunately not appreciated by clients. Ethical company.

Cons

A very much top down management styled organization. Very conservative company. Cmparerd to the competitors, Connors not known to be pro-active in offering products with a 'wow' price. Focus is not right. Should be sourcing the future, not inspecting (QA) the future. Too QA focused.
