Great doctors and coworkers offices are well put together.
Cons
Flexibility, favoritism between offices, some travel required, loved this office but pay is HORRIBLE and they require you to do too much for what is offered. If you can look past the pay, then this would be a great place to work! U are in charge of sterilization, assisting, lab cases, stock/inventory, restocking shipments that come in, cleaning rooms after procedures, etc. friendly coworkers. Rules change constantly or are not clear regarding sterile steps but that is due to the office being under joint commission/state ran. This places does great work for the community with their sliding scales for dental services. Schedules are jammed with usually 28 patients scheduled not including emergencies. Fast pace! Not the worst but definitely not the best!
