Pros

Some amazing coworkers and environment. Grounds are nice. You can learn a lot from the people who have worked there for many years. Flexible schedule depending where you work.

Cons

Low pay unless you’re upper management. They don’t care about anything except making money. No benefits. Managers and supervisors are out of touch with each other and their employees and don’t care. Departments seem to dislike each other. Very cliquey and immature supervisors and management.

The people who work there are passionate about what they do, they love the idea of Conner Prairie. A really cool opportunity to be a part of something that really exists nowhere else.

Cons

The management is so out of touch with its employees, it doesn't know what they want or understand that they have a good perspective because they work with the guests everyday.
