Pros

CWS has satellite offices set up throughout the country, referred to as regions or markets. I began working for the Midwest Market in early 2012. This Market led the company in all aspects and was one of the best in the industry, winning awards and regularly being recognized by Carriers and the public alike. We were poised to become an industry leader with the perfect combination of talent and drive. It was an amazing thing to be a part of. The work environment, comrade and overall experience in the early years was second to none. One of the best positions I had ever held. At one time it was truly a pleasure to work for them.

Cons

However, over the course of 2014, the company began restructuring their business model. It seemed as if they did this right as you would get your footing from the last restructure. Hiring a new General Manager every few months then deciding there didn't need to be a GM and eliminating the position altogether. Then the layoffs began. The Midwest office went from having nearly 30 employees in the spring of 2014 to their current staff of 5 now (spring 2015). Personally, I didn't think that it was going to happen to me, considering what I brought to the company, dedication and position. But I too was one of the last to be let go and for an almost comical reason. You live, you learn. And this type of procedure existed in all markets and I truly feel bad for how it affected so many people The downfall of Connectivity are many, but the reasons that rise to the top are. Human Resources. One woman can practically take down the entire company. She was the most ruthless, unscrupulous individual I had ever met. I got a taste of her two faced nature while I was a part of the "inner circle" for a period of time. The CEO and his quest for industry domination. He two was a very vindictive, underhanded individual. The lack of communication played a huge part as well, as did the huge shifts in how they operated without any plan as to how these new goals were going to be achieved. It became pretty ridiculous and many who were still around, left on their own.
