A largely false and slopey shouldered exec team who have little interest in their employees, and employ bullying tactics in an attempt to keep employees in check. They chase new business at the detriment of maintaining performance and investing in the ongoing improvement of operations. Support functions are completely disconnected from the front line, and the HR department (which appears to be bigger than any other function) are inept. There's a new person in the function every other week, adding to the ever growing lack of knowledge which is masked by their drive to promote their values (of which there is little evidence of the exec and management adhering to), and an internal brand with the hope that it will get them a CIPD award. The benefits package is weak at best, and there are few people left who are trustworthy and reliable.

Managers have no concept of what goes in on the company. Staff are ignored and have no valued opinion. They are left to pick up the pieces while the senior managers bid for everything and everything while the teams are left to try and make it work. They keep saying they are going through a period of change but you need to manage change or else you'll end up with all your good people leaving - which they are! There are whole teams who have left and many of those left are wanting to leave as well. Morale is rock bottom.
