Advancement based on popularity not skill or knowledge Started using AI to monitor and score calls Only focused on numbers not helping people No flexibility with schedule Took away useful tools, replaced with useless tools with a promise the will be improved… Promises of improvements never delivered on Created ridged rules to fix problems that didn't exist Done nothing to address problems that do exist
