Pros

Nice people Remote and flexible job Young people International clients

Cons

Very unstable and unreliable: They constantly fire people without any prior notice or the slightest bit of respect. You get a meeting invite with HR and your manager, they inform you you're being let go, and by the time the meeting ends, you’ve already lost all access. Low pay: If you're based in Venezuela, your salary will be significantly lower than that of employees in Mexico or other countries they hire from. Lack of transparency: In addition to the poor pay, if you're not in Venezuela, you're asked not to disclose your salary because Venezuelan employees are paid much less. Everyone is expendable: No one’s job is safe. You can be let go at any time due to poor decisions by upper management.
